World Religions

Purpose of this Course: To understand the fundamental beliefs of each of the major World Religions, in order to better reach individuals in each of these religions for Christ.

1.  Participants will understand the basic tenants of each of these major world religions.

2.  Participants will understand the worldview of people coming from each of these major world religions.

3.  Participants will understand what makes Christianity different from every other world religion.

4.  Participants will have a greater confidence in their ability to share Christ with people from other faiths.

Starting Date:  Thursday, September 27th

Time: 7-8:15PM

Duration: 10 Weeks, 1 night a week

Location: College Park Church of Columbus, located on National Road on the north side of Columbus between Kroger and Sirloin Stockade.

Instructor: Paul Weaver BA (Bachelor's of Theology; Appalachian Bible College), ThM (Master's of Theology, Dallas Theological Seminary) 

*We will be surveying the following religions: Animism (Tribal Religions), Hinduism, Budism, Judaism and Islam
