Lobby of
the Hilton |
|
|

After
dessert and a long conversation with Jill about all the events
leading up to the proposal (asking her mother and father for
permission, picking the ring out, etc.), we decided it was time to
head back to Tóalmás and share this wonderful news with her friends
and to call the States to speak with her family. The bellhop was
more than willing to take pictures of the newly engaged couple both
inside the lobby pictured here, and in front of the main entrance of
the Hilton Hotel (next picture). |

Along the
walk back to the trolley I recounted for Jill the words that I had
said when proposing. Jill was so excited, knowing that I was
proposing, and could barely recall anything that I had said except,
"Will you be my wife?" |

After the
perfect evening Jill and I journied back down the side of the
mountain via the trolley. We stopped briefly so that I could take
another picture of my beautiful FIANCÉ in front of the Chain Bridge
which crosses over the Danube River. |

Christmas
with the Prebecks |
|
|
| |
This past
Christmas was a good time for me to spend with Jill and her family.
It was also the opportunity that I needed to speak with Mr. and Mrs.
Prebeck for permission to ask Jill the all-important question. So,
God used my visa complications, a bad situation, for my
betterment. |
